RETURNS & REFUNDS
We thank you for your purchase and hope you are enjoying your new Dust Vapor products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at contact page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Any packages that are refused by the customer for no valid reason, Dust Vapor will withhold 25% of the order total as a restocking fee.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Used/opened items For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a replacement under warranty.
