DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Dust Vapor is shipping only with Shypgystycs and Better Trucks at this time.
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days and transit time is 1-3 weeks depending on the state.
If you do not see an option to ship to your state, please reach out to us. We are currently looking into other shipping options for all states.
If there is any issues with shipping to your address a customer service representative will reach out to confirm the address or for an alternative address.
2. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. DELIVERY SIGNATURE
Due to compliance with the PACT ACT (The Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act).
Recipients of all vape products purchased online will now require an adult signature and must present an ID at the time of the delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Dust Vapor will no longer be shipping with FedEx due to international compliance issues related to the prohibiting of electronic cigarettes, vaping liquids, and other vaping products within the FedEx global network.
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Our shipping method is Aramex or Orange DS for International, we ship Tuesday & Friday of every week.
Shipments still have to be processed at both the Aramex and Orange DS facilities before they depart the United States, which may take an additional 1-3 business days.
Standard Aramex shipping transit time will be as follows:
Priority Parcel Express – 5-8 business days
Economy Parcel Express – 6-10 business days
Deferred Parcel Express – 8-12 business days
2. CUSTOMS FEE
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, and any storage fees locally assessed during the clearance process.
Packages are subjected to be returned to our warehouse if fees are not paid in the allotted time your country allows for standard clearance.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Dust Vapor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
